Shipping Policy
Syzygy Home Decor reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. We do our best to ensure that shipping is accurately calculated in your shopping cart at the time of purchase.
The shipping fee for each order is based on the package weight, package dimensions, delivery destination, and shipping method. The shopping cart on Syzygy Home Decor automatically computes shipping costs and is linked directly to UPS’ calculators with the exception of freight shipments. We do not charge handling fees or pad our calculated shipping rates.
SHIPPING METHOD
UPS® Ground, UPS NEXT DAY AIR®, UPS 2ND DAY AIR®. FedEx GROUND®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day®, FedEx 1Day® Freight, FedEx 2Day® Freight, FedEx 3Day® Freight.
DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped out the same day, but in some instances, it could take 1-2 days to ship after the order is placed. It could take longer to ship if any item is temporarily out of stock in our state, and at that time we will do everything we can to get those items shipped from another state’s warehouse.
Please understand some orders may come in separate shipments if an item is shipped from another warehouse because it is out of stock in our state. We value your business and pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible.
ORDER TRACKING & PROCESSING
Immediately after placing an order with Syzygy Home Decor, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed with the exception of select custom and built-to-order products.
